打开气源，气动执行机构动作使活塞推动阀杆下移，由于楔形块的作用，产生两个水平方向力，将左右密封盘压向密封座，迫使密封盘和密封座压紧密合，达到密封效果。

打开气源，气动执行机构动作使活塞推动阀杆上移，使活动连接机构克服楔形块与涨块之间的摩擦力，又加上各机件之间大间隙配合，会使涨块下垂，密封盘向内收缩而脱离阀座密封面，阀门开启迅速、省力、无卡阻现象，达到阀门全开状态。

Turn on the air source, and the pneumatic actuator moves the piston to push the valve stem upwards, causing the movable connecting mechanism to first overcome the friction between the wedge-shaped block and the expansion block. In addition, the large gap fit between various components will cause the expansion block to sag, the sealing disc to contract inward and detach from the valve seat sealing surface, and the valve door will open quickly, labor-saving, and without jamming, reaching the fully open state of the valve.

5.为了确保密封盘和密封座的接触可靠，阀体内设有准确的导向板，把阀芯限制在阀体内部供启闭用的运动范围内，保证密封面相应对准，保持平稳快速开启和关闭。
